We had a very short window to pack and move and Kevin, the coordinator, took all the stress of planning away, was very helpful and made sure we had exactly what we needed when we needed it. The movers worked hard and were careful with all of our possessions.The only thing to consider is we were charged 3% extra for using a credit card instead of cash. Had I known that was the case, I would have paid cash.

This experience was absolutely the best! This move is our 17th while in the military. We know what we're doing. We were scheduled for 3 days of packing. Even though the guys had to drive 2 hours to get to us, they started promptly and worked extremely hard and efficiently from 10-4 first day. They came back the second day right on time and finished our packing by 13:00. Having packers do your household goods in a day and half is exceptional! Derrick, Mike, Danny, and Rob should get a raise. If they are the face of this company with their clients, Top Notch doesn't pay them enough for wearing two hats: extraordinary customer service and their job as professional packers. WOW, just WOW! I felt like they were packing their own belongings.

I think that they could have used a third but I'll assume that the know what they're doing. The move went very well. Packed ,moved out, and moved in, in under 6½ hours. Worth every penny.
