We had a very short window to pack and move and Kevin, the coordinator, took all the stress of planning away, was very helpful and made sure we had exactly what we needed when we needed it. This experience was absolutely the best! This move is our 17th while in the military. We know what we're doing. We were scheduled for 3 days of packing. Even though the guys had to drive 2 hours to get to us, they started promptly and worked extremely hard and efficiently from 10-4 first day. They came back the second day right on time and finished our packing by 13:00. Having packers do your household goods in a day and half is exceptional! Derrick, Mike, Danny, and Rob should get a raise. If they are the face of this company with their clients, Top Notch doesn't pay them enough for wearing two hats: extraordinary customer service and their job as professional packers. WOW, just WOW! I felt like they were packing their own belongings.

I had a two bedroom and I needed help moving so I hired this company. They were very responsive and forthcoming with prices and availabilities.Moving day came and two guys came to move a 2 bedroom. I think that they could have used a third but I'll assume that the know what they're doing. The move went very well. Packed ,moved out, and moved in, in under 6½ hours. Worth every penny. This is my second time in 4 years using the company and although they have grown, the professionalism, quality of service, and overall experience was the same, from the initial inquiry to my move date. They were flexible when my closing date changed and worked hard to get me back on the books for a date that worked for me ASAP.
