The government reimburses based on the cost of shipping the same weight through a government contract. Kyle, AJ1, and AJ2 were absolute rockstars during my recent move! From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, courteous, and brought fantastic energy to what is usually a stressful process. I have quite a few heavy, bulky pieces of furniture, but they handled every single item with total expertise and care—not a single scratch or hiccup along the way. Glows: Absolute excellent service from the Management's intervention with a booking oversight to the team that arrived and oversaw the moving process. Gary, Michael, and Kyle were phenomenal!!! If you are looking for quality movers, book this company.
Low: Initial booking process was smooth. However, a prior employee made an error that caused our move to be pushed a day. It was frustrating but management took the opportunity to rectify the situation.
