I had an emergency move to get out of my apartment on time and into housing with friends. These guys were able to outfit me with a move. I thought I had decluttered more than I did. I have extra stuff which took extra time and they were so kind to stay a few more hours. The crew safely disassembled and assembled some large furniture pieces too. Very happy!

We have hired their services to move our office to a new location ( on a second floor) in multiple days. They are careful , they diligently padded all the walls and flooring before they started moving. Once they started, they work very quick. Greg's team is very accomodating and friendly together with Mikey, Sam, Dom, Trap, and Alfonso. They cleaned up well too when they were done. We surely would hire them again if we needed to move again.

Miley and his crew showed up on time and got off to a quick start. They worked non-stop for 4 hours. There was no slacking off despite the heat and humidity of the day. The team was very efficient able to download everything safely. There was no damage to furniture, walls or flooring during the move. Our move was on the hottest day of the year but Sam and the crew (wish I had their names) were positively amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about them. The experience was amazing starting with my initial conversation with Kevin. Kevin was awesome in setting up the move and had extreme patience in helping me figure out what I actually needed for the move. He was able to schedule a quick turnaround for us and I can’t thank him enough. Top Notch exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend them. I absolutely love Kevin, he has great customer service skills, he is also a great listener and also has a heart of gold, he is courteous and also very consistent. I called him almost 3 weeks ago unsure of my moving dynamics and he was so patient with me, I called in tears needing a emergency move once I figured out what I needed, and he stuck his neck out for me and my children to get emergency services and for that I will forever be great full for him and kind heart!!! Communication before the truck showed up was excellent. The two gentlemen who came in to move a large desk out of my upstairs, were very conscientious. They took care of my home, including the walls, the floors and the doors. It took some creativity to get this desk through the bedroom doorway, but they did it! Excellent service! Just had our household goods delivered by Top Notch Movers, the guys that came were Mikey, Jimmy, Josh, DJ, and Charles (Chuck), they did a fantastic job, called to give me an ETA when they were headed our way, got here when they'd said they would, made sure to put floor and wall protection up, and were extremely nice and respectful. They got everything moved into the house in about 4 hours, super fast and efficient, had no problem taking things to all the different rooms we asked them to, put together the furniture we requested and did a great job cleaning up after. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Being a Veteran and military dependent, I have experienced many transitions and moves over my lifetime. Moving can be overwhelming as one must trust the movers will treat ones belongings with the same respect and care that we owners do. I must say not all the moves I've gone through left me feeling good. But one mover in particular made a recent move one that I can say was a pleasure to make. DJ went out of his way to make sure he handled my treasures gingerly and with the utmost care. His professional attitude and charismatic personality put me at ease and I was sure I'd have no unpleasant unexpected surprises on the other end. I'll bet he doesn't even realize what a difference his actions made in reducing my anxiety about my move. I am grateful to have had him as one of my movers and appreciate him more than he can possibly know.

Kevin was quick to call us back when we inquired about a last minute move. It wasn’t even 5 minutes after I put in for the quote we were on the phone and getting ready for a virtual walk through, so he could give us the most accurate quote possible. Not only was quick to respond on a Saturday, he was able to accommodate us with a very quick turn around of a Monday (yes that’s right, 2 days later!) move date. Kevin was also very in depth with what the charges were, how he was getting to the final cost, as well as how to ensure we got the best deal with making sure we had the amount of movers to get this done in a timely fashion! I didn’t feel blind sided by any of the charges put in front of us as he walked us through each line of the estimate making sure we were all on the same page. I would 100% recommend working with Kevin for any of your moving needs!

We had a very short window to pack and move and Kevin, the coordinator, took all the stress of planning away, was very helpful and made sure we had exactly what we needed when we needed it. The movers worked hard and were careful with all of our possessions.The only thing to consider is we were charged 3% extra for using a credit card instead of cash. Had I known that was the case, I would have paid cash.
