Let me tell you: Kevin Miller, Devin, Mikey, and the team at Top Notch Moving saved me. A day before my scheduled moving date, the original company I intended to use (and reserved the moving date a month prior) contacted me and began to add additional charges and fees onto the original estimate. The new price ended up coming out to over $1,000 more than what was originally priced.I informed that company that I would be looking elsewhere and found Top Notch Moving through a Google search. After submitting my information through their online portal, Kevin contacted me and I told him the entirety of the situation that occurred with the other moving company.He sympathized with me and made it his business to try and help me stay on schedule with my moving plans on such a short notice. Kevin went above and beyond and was able to secure a moving date for the next day! It was a much more affordable price than the new estimate their competitor sprung up on me at the last minute.Can't thank Kevin and the Top Notch Moving team enough. Please give Kevin a promotion and a raise! Will definitely use them again in the future if I have to as well as recommend them to others. They know how to take care of their customers.Devin and Mikey were fantastic movers. They were hard working, thorough, and well-mannered. They ensured all items were packed well and secured. Workers like them don't grow on trees, so If I was part of management at Top Notch Moving, I would do all I could to retain their talents. Devin and Mikey, I appreciate y'all!Update:Yet again, I used Top Notch to move a second time after 2 years and they did not disappoint. Kyle, Billy, and Desire were fantastic and took great care with this moving process. They were professional, friendly, and diligent workers who want to provide my family and I with the best moving experience possible. If one wants to know the secret to keeping and retaining customers, look no further than Top Notch's approach and those who work there like Kyle, Billy, and Desire. Not to mention Rimsey, who was the architect behind the move and was a pleasure to interact with when he came to our home before the move to audit and survey everything.

This past weekend, I googled, “Local moving company near me” and I found Top Notch Pro Movers. I gave them a call and spoke w/Rimsey, and he was able to schedule me for the next day. Rimsey mentioned to me that he would be one of the movers and the other mover was Stephen. They arrived at the time they scheduled me for and were friendly and professional. These gentlemen were very proficient with their skills and were able to move my furniture without scratching walls, floors or railings.
