Kevin was quick to call us back when we inquired about a last minute move. It wasn’t even 5 minutes after I put in for the quote we were on the phone and getting ready for a virtual walk through, so he could give us the most accurate quote possible. Not only was quick to respond on a Saturday, he was able to accommodate us with a very quick turn around of a Monday (yes that’s right, 2 days later!) move date. Kevin was also very in depth with what the charges were, how he was getting to the final cost, as well as how to ensure we got the best deal with making sure we had the amount of movers to get this done in a timely fashion! I didn’t feel blind sided by any of the charges put in front of us as he walked us through each line of the estimate making sure we were all on the same page.
